The Southeast Texas Collision Repair Group is group of collision repair professionals that was established in April 2007. We started out as a small group of shop owners that saw a need to improve our industry, educate our customers about their rights, and help our customers understand the collision repair process. Although we are competitors in our industry we feel our businesses are better served when our customers are better served. We believe our customers should make decisions about their repairs after they know all the information that is available. We have all acknowledged that we do not work for insurance companies but rather for the vehicle owner. We feel our customers should “stay in the drivers seat” when it comes to collision repairs.
